This week was the finale of the Lego Masters Design Challenge. During sessions, the boys demonstrated excellent teamwork by coming up with many wonderful concepts. Well done to winning team 'The Smashed Avocados', who won the challenge for their space structure which protects humans in space from an alien invasion! It had many winning features including getaway spacecrafts, a lookout to see an oncoming attack, double reinforced walls and much more. 

The runner up team designed a wonderful structure to protect its inhabitants from a flood from rising waters. It included a raised fortress accessible by a bridge, a getaway car that can be driven from the fortress straight into the floodwaters, which then transforms it into a boat and lots more. It was an exciting two sessions which saw a lot of debate, teamwork and wonderful concepts created.
