Jenny Luca graduated from Melbourne College of Advanced Education with a Bachelor of Education in 1987. Having had such a rich and rewarding experience at school with passionate teachers fuelling her desire to be a teacher, Jenny accepted a position at the school she attended, and worked at Monterey Secondary College from 1988 to 2005.
In late 2005, Jenny changed course and moved to Toorak College, where she became Head of Information Services. After immersing herself in all things ICT related, including writing a blog and becoming involved in online teaching networks, Jenny was appointed to the position of Director of ICT and eLearning in 2013. In 2015 Jenny moved to Wesley College where she took up an appointment as Head of Digital Learning across all Wesley campuses. In 2019, Jenny commenced her appointment as Head of ICT Innovation and Learning at Camberwell Grammar School.
Jenny is fascinated by the potential that exists for leveraging new technologies for learning and school operational outcomes in education today. Jenny has delivered keynotes on numerous occasions within Australia and overseas, and has also been a TEDx Melbourne speaker. She loves living by the sea in her hometown of Frankston and spending time with her husband and children.
